Our Products

We have carefully selected the products you see on this site. They are all produced by manufacturers who we have dealt with for many years. We do not sell cheap curtains and blinds, but we do sell inexpensive quality products.

Delivery Information

Delivery dispatch times vary depending on the product but are generally 5-10 days.
Delivery to a UK mainland address is free on all orders above £100.00.
Below this amount will vary depending on the weight of the product.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands is free on all orders above £150.00.
Below this will be dependent on the weight of the item.

Delivery to the Channel Islands is free on all orders above £150.00.
Below this will be dependent on the weight of item.

All goods dispatched from Creative Curtains will require a signature upon delivery, so someone will need to be in to receive the parcel. Should there be no one in, our courier will leave a card with a phone number on for you to call and pick up from your local depot. We can deliver to an alternative address, such as your workplace or family members address, but this must be stipulated at time of order.

An additional £15.00 charge will be applied on all undelivered parcels that are returned to Creative Curtains.
Please note that all additional charges are set by our couriers and not Creative Curtains.
Orders will be delivered by either: DHL, City Link, Royal Mail or Interlink Express.
Delivery times are usually between 8-5.30pm.

Pricing and Descriptions

Products descriptions prices and promotions shown on the website should only be used as a guide and Creative Curtains reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products, but are only a guide. Colour variations can occur due to dye ‘lots’ and Creative Curtains will not be held responsible for dye lot variations. If you are buying for windows in the same room it is advisable to buy at the same time and not on different occasions. Returns and refunds

Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty. The customer must contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, starting from the day after your goods were delivered. Goods must be in original packaging. We strongly advise that returned goods are sent by recorded delivery or a certificate of posting is obtained with postal insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Please note we will not refund goods that are not in original packaging or have been altered in any way. No refunds will be given due to varying dye lots, change of mind of customer or incorrect measuring by customer. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer until Creative Curtains or their suppliers have deemed the goods faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days by the same method as the initial payment.

Orders out of Stock

Although a great many of our on-line products are kept in stock, some products may be temporarily out of stock or may need to be ordered in for you. You will always be contacted by e-mail with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
